Sonia McDonald

Sonia McDonald, CEO and founder of LeadershipHQ and McDonald Inc., is a leading keynote speaker, leadership advisor and award winning author. She believes we should lead with kindness and courage, from the heart, doing rather than telling and is known for her mantra ‘just lead’.

She leads by example in all these areas and through her one on one practical coaching and leadership training for teams, she encourages others to do the same. Sonia has helped hundreds of people on their leadership journey to become the best version of themselves and in turn, inspire and bring out the best in others.

For more than 25 years, Sonia has been on the front lines of Human Resources, Leadership and People and Culture. She has held leadership positions worldwide and through experience, research and study come to realise what it takes to be a truly great leader.

She is an award-winning published author of Leadership Attitude, Just Rock It! and First Comes Courage and writes regularly for publications such as The Australian, HRD Magazine, Smart Healthy Women and Women’s Business Media.

Louisa Nocera

Louisa Nocera thrived as an Executive Assistant for 17 years, supporting CEO’s and Executives in a variety of industries including Advertising, TV Production, Marketing, Property Development and Healthcare Recruitment. She believes the Executive Assistant position at its core is a role of service, and that passion to be of service to others led her to obtain a Diploma in Life Coaching and Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. Louisa coaches out of a genuine desire to make a positive impact, shine a light on people’s potential and create opportunities for women to flourish in their personal and professional lives.

Louisa is passionate about empowering people to step into their own version of personal leadership and guides her clients to navigate change with open conversation, an empathic ear, a clear action plan, practical resources, and a little bit of humour along the way. Positive Psychology informs the foundation of her coaching, and she is also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Matrix Therapies and Hypnosis. She is committed to delivering the best service to her clients and is a proud member of the International Coaching Federation. Louisa values kindness, integrity, loyalty, honesty and authenticity, and these values not only guide her coaching practice, but the way she shows up every day.
